Joe The music that Umber makes is very lovely indeed, very moving and uplifting. I do hope he continues to make more albums and EP's. Favorite track: Spark Mountain.

Dario Lupo First album I listened to by Umber, fell in love with it from the first moment. An awesome record. "The Day We Left For Earth" is just awesome. Favorite track: The Day We Left For Earth.

Nick Excellent first EP of electronic post rock Favorite track: The Day We Left For Earth.

shifterous In terms of capturing a mood, this one's near-flawless; umber crafts tracks of spiderwebs, birds, and dew-covered ferns. It's repetitive song structures act more as threads than crutches, and make this EP feel sheltered and lonely—a morning glade in album form. Favorite track: The Day We Left For Earth.

tom wareham Umber are (is) hugely under-rated in my opinion. This album is so lovely, and fantastic to chill out to. Just the thing for the commuting blues! Favorite track: Mellow Drizzle.
